This waterhole is called Pulawalala. It is a jumu (soakwater). My mother and father lived and hunted here. My people walked from Japirnka (another waterhole deep into the Great Sandy Desert) to this place. I lived here when I was a little girl. Then we walked through Western Fields and Timber Creek to Cherrabun Station.
